About this Project
The Reef Courts Estate (RCE), Port Harcourt is located in the Trans Amadi Area of Port Harcourt, the capital city of Rivers State.
It is prime property being built on over 25ha of deep swamp, reclaimed using very efficient dredging and compacting technology.
When fully completed, it will boast of a 222-unit ultra-modern, gated, exclusive housing estate and Industrial Layout.
Presently the first phase of the project has been fully subscribed and is at about 90% completion, while the second phase is fast subscribing.
The project has underground power and drainage systems, a central water reticulation system, over 5.1km of road and a 22,000m2 private jetty.

Site Plan
The site plan setting is based on the Neighborhood Concept wherein provision would be made for common social and sporting facilities such as clubhouse & play arena, sports bar, crèche, health unit, shopping area etc.
The schemes are also laid out taking into consideration the design density.
